解:据题意得\(\displaystyle \left\{ \begin{array}{l}n-2m+1=0\\16-{{m}^{2}}=0\\4-m\ne 0\end{array} \right.\)
∵ \(\displaystyle 16-{{m}^{2}}=0\)
∴ \(\displaystyle m=\pm 4\)
又∵\(\displaystyle m\ne 4\)
∴ \(\displaystyle m=4\)
∴ \(\displaystyle n=-9\)
∴\(\displaystyle mn+n-2\).
\(\displaystyle =\left( {-4} \right)\times \left( {-9} \right)+\left( {-9} \right)-2\)
\(\displaystyle =25\)
∴ \(\displaystyle mn+n-2\)的倒数的算术平方根为:
\(\displaystyle \sqrt{{\frac{1}{{25}}}}=\frac{1}{5}\)
